Terms of Service

1. About us
Buzzozo Ltd ("Buzzozo", "we", "us") is a digital marketing agency registered in England & Wales, company number 15616856. Registered office: 1022 Eastern Avenue, Ilford, England, IG2 7SE. Contact: hello@buzzozo.com, 020 3282 5353.
2. The free 14-day trial
- The trial includes a website built by us, access to BuzzozoHub and related setup as described on our website. No payment card is required.
- Everything we build or provide during the trial, including the trial website, remains the property of Buzzozo Ltd during the trial.
- If you move onto a paid plan, the trial website and setup carry over and remain live for as long as your plan is active.
- If you do not continue after 14 days, the trial website and BuzzozoHub access are deactivated and later deleted, and you owe nothing. If you wish to keep the trial website without continuing on a plan, a one-off buyout price may be agreed in writing before deactivation; without such agreement, no rights in the trial website transfer to you.
- One trial per business. We may decline or end a trial where we reasonably believe it is being misused.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
Plans are fully managed: we handle website updates, keyword and content changes, campaign management and routine maintenance as part of your plan scope. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.
- Plans are billed monthly in advance and roll month to month. There is no long-term contract.
- Website plan prices are the monthly prices shown on our website (Website from £149 a month for the first 100 businesses (from £299 after), Website + CRM from £599 a month, and Custom (quoted after a quick chat)). Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Founding prices are fixed while you stay on the same plan and are available to the first 100 businesses only.
- You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. No refunds are given for partial months, but you keep the services until the notice period ends.
- Advertising spend (for example Google Ads or Meta Ads budgets) is separate from plan fees and paid by you directly to the platform unless agreed otherwise.
- Websites we build are hosted on our platform. If you leave, we can export your content to you; the site build, design, our tooling and BuzzozoHub configurations remain the property of Buzzozo Ltd unless you buy the website files. Ask us for a quote to buy the website files outright; hosting and management are then separate. Your domain is registered in your business's name and goes with you if you leave.
3A. The one-off Trade Page (£495)
The Trade Page is a one-page website for your cleaning business, designed, written and built by us for a one-off £495, excluding VAT where applicable. It is not a plan, so sections 2 and 3 do not apply to it, including the hosting and quoted website-file terms for plan websites. There is no monthly fee for the build.
- What you get: one page with your introduction, services, the areas you cover, your approved photos, your contact details and a quote form, with the words written for you from your brief. Anything extra is quoted first, never added later.
- Not included: hosting, your domain name, ongoing updates, booking systems, online shops, advertising and promises about search rankings. If you would like us to host it, ask and we will quote separately.
- Ordering and payment: after you send your order, we agree your brief and a delivery date with you, then send you a secure card payment link for £495. Nothing is charged before you agree.
- Revisions: one round of revisions is included. You review the first draft and send one collected set of changes. Later updates are quoted separately before any work starts.
- Your files: once you have paid, we hand over the finished files and handover notes. The files are yours to keep and to use with the hosting provider you choose, with no lock-in to us.
4. Founding prices
The first 100 businesses to join a website plan keep their founding price for life while they stay on the same plan. Once those places are gone, plans go up to the standard price. Clients already on a paid plan before 11 October 2026 keep any guarantee in the terms they joined under.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely approvals, and ensure you have the rights to any content you give us.
- Use our services lawfully. We do not work with unlawful, deceptive or harmful businesses or content.
6. Intellectual property
Content you supply remains yours. Our tools, platforms, processes and know-how remain ours. On an active plan you have a licence to use everything we build for you for your business.
7. Reputation management services
Where we provide reputation services we use lawful, legitimate methods such as removal requests, suppression through positive content, and platform policy processes. We cannot guarantee removal of content controlled by third parties, and we will always be honest with you about what is realistic.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for the actions of third-party platforms such as Google or Meta.
9. Advertising services
- Ad spend: budgets for Google, Meta or other platforms are paid by you directly to the platform (or, where agreed, passed through at cost). Ad spend is non-refundable by us once spent by the platform.
- Accounts: where we create ad accounts for you, they are set up in your name or transferred to you; you always retain ownership of your own accounts and data.
- Platform decisions: ad platforms approve, restrict or ban ads and accounts at their sole discretion. We follow best practice and fight wrongful rejections, but cannot guarantee approvals, delivery, costs-per-click or platform behaviour.
- Your offers and claims: you are responsible for the truth, legality and compliance of your products, prices, offers and claims that we advertise. We may pause or refuse ads we reasonably believe breach law or platform policy, and you will indemnify us for claims arising from your offers or content.
10. Disclaimers
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside anyone's control, including competition, market conditions, platform algorithms, your pricing and your service quality. Except for the express commitments in these terms, we do not promise any specific ranking, traffic level, lead volume or revenue figure. Any examples, case studies or testimonials describe particular situations; your results will differ. Services are otherwise provided "as is" to a professional standard.
11. Third-party platforms
Google, Meta, OpenAI, WhatsApp and similar platforms change their products, policies and algorithms without notice. We are not responsible for their decisions, including account suspensions, ranking changes, price changes or removal of features, though we will always work with you to adapt.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Buzzozo Ltd against claims, losses and costs arising from: content, products or services you supply or sell; instructions you give us; your breach of these terms; or your violation of any law or third-party right. This includes claims that content you asked us to publish infringes someone's rights.
13. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages of third-party infrastructure, natural events, or government action.
14. The BuzzozoHub platform
Where your services include access to BuzzozoHub, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own business while your account is active. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you store, for obtaining any consents needed to contact your customers (including consent for text messages and marketing), and for keeping your login credentials and team access secure. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access other accounts, resell access, or copy, reverse engineer or extract the software or its design.
Messaging and calls. Texts, emails and AI-answered calls sent or handled through the platform are sent on your behalf and in your name. You must honour opt-outs (the platform enforces STOP automatically) and comply with applicable marketing law. Charges from misuse, including carrier penalties, are your responsibility.
Usage allowances and credits. Plans include monthly allowances for texts, AI voice minutes and AI chats. Additional credits can be purchased in the platform; purchased credits do not expire while your account is active and are non-refundable except where required by law. When allowances and credits are exhausted, the affected features pause until topped up; inbound calls continue to be answered.
AI features. AI-generated content (drafts, summaries, suggestions, automated replies) is provided as assistance only and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or sending it to customers.
Your data. Your customer data remains yours. We process it only to provide the platform, as described in our Privacy Policy, and on closure of your account will make an export available on request before deletion, subject to legal retention duties.
Availability. We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and may perform maintenance or updates, including feature changes, at any time. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party service outages (for example messaging carriers or payment providers).
15. General
If any clause of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the services and supersede prior discussions. You may not assign your agreement without our consent. A failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to active clients. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
