Buzzozo Ltd ("Buzzozo", "we", "us"), registered in England & Wales. Contact: hello@buzzozo.com, 020 3282 5353.
While your account or plan is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software for your own business, through the access we give you. The software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights not expressly granted.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense or rent the software; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; get around its security or access controls; use it to break the law or the rules of a connected service; or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Some features connect to accounts you hold with other companies, such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Google or social networks. You connect them yourself through that company's own sign-in and consent screen, and you can disconnect them at any time from within the software or from the other company's account settings. Disconnecting revokes our access. Your use of those services stays governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their interfaces.
QuickBooks Online. Where you connect QuickBooks Online, the software reads the accounting records needed for the feature you use (for example customers, invoices, payments and items) and, only where the feature says so, records sales in your books. We access QuickBooks only through Intuit's authorised interface, never with your QuickBooks password. Access tokens are stored encrypted and deleted when you disconnect. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; Buzzozo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.
Data you put into or connect to the software remains yours. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy, only to provide the software, and we never sell it.
We may update the software, including adding, changing or removing features. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Except as stated in our Terms of Service, the software is provided "as is". Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise our total liability under this agreement is limited as set out in section 8 of our Terms of Service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by a connected third-party service.
This licence ends when your account or plan ends, or if you materially breach this agreement and do not fix the breach within 14 days of notice. When it ends you must stop using the software; on request we will make an export of your data available before deletion, subject to legal retention duties.
We may update this agreement; material changes will be notified to active clients. If any clause is unenforceable the rest remains in force. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
