Cookie Policy

This explains what cookies are, which ones this website uses, and how you can control them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites you visit. Similar technologies such as local storage work in comparable ways; we use the word "cookies" for all of them here.

2. What this website stores on your device

This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics or advertising tags, and does not show a cookie banner, because it has nothing to ask you about. It uses two small local storage entries, each one only after you do something:

bzOfferHidden (local storage): set when you close the offer bar at the top of a page, so the bar stays closed on your next visit. It stays until you clear this site's data in your browser.
bzRef (local storage): set only when you open our referral page from a friend's referral link. It remembers their referral code so the form on that page can include it. It stays until you clear this site's data.

Both are strictly necessary for something you asked for: keeping the bar closed, or carrying a friend's referral code into your enquiry.

3. Services from other companies

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): our forms, including the £495 Trade Page order form, use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. On a page with a form it loads from challenges.cloudflare.com, and Cloudflare keeps a local storage entry cf.turnstile.u on its own domain for that check. The forms need it to keep spam out. Cloudflare's own policies apply.
Fonts (Google Fonts): our pages load their typeface from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, so your browser sends Google your IP address when it fetches the font. Google's policies apply.
WhatsApp: buttons that say WhatsApp are plain links to wa.me. Nothing loads from WhatsApp until you click one.

4. What our server records

Like every website, our web server keeps a standard access log of each request: your IP address, your browser's user agent, the page asked for and the time. We use it to count visitors to our own pages: one visitor is one IP address and browser pair per London day, with our own checks and known bots left out. That count uses no cookie and nothing stored on your device. When you send a form or use the chat, your IP address is also used for a short time to stop spam and limit repeat messages. 5. The BuzzozoHub platform

If you log in to BuzzozoHub (our client platform) or use a customer page we host for a business, a small number of strictly necessary items are used: a session cookie that keeps you logged in (deleted when your session ends), a browser storage preference for your chosen light or dark theme, and, during card payments, cookies set by Stripe on their secure checkout pages for fraud prevention and payment processing. The platform itself sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Managing what is stored

You can remove both entries above at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies and site data for any site; see your browser's help pages for instructions. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will ask for your consent first and update this page before they run.
