Questions about the plans.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
The trial is free for 14 days and we don't take a card, so nothing is charged during it. To carry on afterwards, choose Website, from £149 a month at the founding price, or Website + CRM, from £599 a month. No contract.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no contract. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Who owns the domain?
You do. Your domain stays in your name.
Can I take my website and leave?
Yes. If you ever want to own it outright, we'll give you a fair one-off price based on what we've built. You keep the website, but hosting, SSL, security, updates, support and management stop.
What does founding price mean?
The first 100 businesses on the Website plan pay from £149 a month and keep that price for life. After the first 100, the Website plan is from £299 a month. Website + CRM is from £599 a month.
What does the plan price cover?
Everything listed in your plan. Website includes a set number of small changes each month; Website + CRM includes a larger change allowance; Custom has an allowance agreed per client. Work beyond the allowance is quoted before it starts. No setup fee, no surprise bills, no contract.
What is the Custom plan?
Everything beyond the website and the CRM: SEO campaigns, local SEO, ongoing AI search campaigns, articles and blog content, Google and Meta ads, social media marketing and management, Shopify and online stores, bespoke builds, booking systems, email marketing and more. It's priced to your business, because the work depends on what you need and how competitive your market is. We quote after a quick chat.
Is AI search included in the Website plan?
Yes. Every website includes on-page SEO and an AI-search-ready build, so ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews can read, understand and recommend you. Regular articles are available on any plan.
