Will it make things up?
It answers from the information we set up about your business. When it doesn't know, or a person is needed, it says so and takes the customer's details for you.
Does it pretend to be a person?
No. It tells visitors it's an AI assistant, and it offers your phone number, WhatsApp or a call back when they'd rather talk to you.
Is there a limit on how much it can be used?
It includes a monthly usage allowance, which covers most small businesses. Top-ups are available if your site gets busy.
