Patients check you out before they book.

Choosing a dentist, a physio or a clinic is personal. Before they book, people want to know who will treat them, what it costs, whether you see NHS patients and how to find you, and they want to feel safe before they share anything about their health.

Health information needs extra care. The ICO treats data concerning health as special category data, which has extra protection under UK GDPR. So your website asks only for what it needs to arrange an appointment, and your assistant never asks about symptoms or medical history.

We write your pages in clear language patients understand, and you check every word before it goes live.

Are you taking new NHS patients? I've also had toothache on one side for a few days.

I'm an AI assistant, so I can't advise on symptoms. Please call the practice and the team will help. Whether Your Practice is taking new NHS patients is shown on the NHS page, or I can take your name and number for reception to call you back.

Illustration. The assistant answers practical questions from facts you approve, and sends anything clinical to your team.

What regulators expect your website to show.

A plain summary of the regulators' own guidance, linked below. It isn't legal advice: you stay responsible for what your website says, and the regulator's guidance is the final word.

What regulators expect a clinic website to show
Dental practice detailsThe GDC says a practice website must show the practice name and the address where care is given; email and phone contact details; contact details for the GDC or a link to its website; your complaints procedure and who patients can go to if they're not satisfied; and the date the site was last updated.GDC
Each dental professional namedTheir professional qualification, the country it comes from and their GDC registration number. Practice publicity must also make clear whether the practice is NHS, mixed or wholly private.GDC
Specialist titlesOnly dentists on a GDC specialist list can call themselves specialists. Otherwise, the GDC allows terms such as 'special interest in', 'experienced in' or 'practice limited to'. The site must not compare the skills or qualifications of one professional with those of another.GDC
Your CQC ratingIf the CQC has rated your service, the regulations require every website run by or for you to show your most recent rating, the address of the CQC website, and where on it your latest assessment can be found.CQC, England
Aesthetics and prescription treatmentsThe CAP Code says prescription-only medicines or prescription-only medical treatments may not be advertised to the public, so treatment pages are written around consultations and what happens at them.CAP 12.12
Patient dataHealth details get extra protection as special category data. Forms ask only what's needed to arrange an appointment, the assistant never asks for symptoms or medical history, and every site runs on SSL with daily backups.ICO

AI for the front desk, not the clinic.

It handles the questions that don't need a clinician, and hands the ones that do to your team.

  • Answers the practical questionsOpening hours, parking, access, the fees you publish, the treatments you offer and how to book.
  • Never gives clinical adviceIt doesn't assess symptoms, suggest treatments or say whether something is urgent. It sends people to your team.
  • Doesn't collect health detailsIt asks for a name and a way to get back to them, never symptoms or medical history.
  • Always says it's an AIPatients know they're talking to an AI, and can ask for someone from the practice to get back to them.
  • Captures new patient enquiriesName, contact details and the kind of appointment they want, passed to reception to call back.
  • Kept up to date for youWhen your fees, team or hours change, we update the pages and the assistant's answers, and you approve the wording first.

Is your website ready for patients?

Six quick questions. Nothing you tick is sent anywhere; it stays on your screen.

Does the site show your practice name, address, phone and email?

Are your fees, or how fees are worked out, easy to find?
Is your complaints procedure on the site?
Can a patient ask for an appointment at 10pm without calling?
Does the site say when it was last updated?

  • Your teamNames, roles, qualifications and registration numbers for each clinician patients might see.
  • Regulator detailsWho regulates you, your registration details and your complaints procedure, so the pages show what your regulator expects.
  • How patients bookPhone, email or your online booking link, your opening hours and whether you see NHS patients.

Questions from clinics and practices.

What does the GDC expect on a dental practice website?

Guidance from the GDC on advertising says a practice website must show the practice name and address, email and phone contact details, and contact details for the GDC or a link to its website. It must also show your complaints procedure, who patients can contact if they're not satisfied, and the date the site was last updated. Each dental professional named should show their qualification, where it comes from and their GDC number.

Do we need to show our CQC rating on our website?

If the CQC has rated your service, yes. The regulations say every website run by or for you must show your most recent rating, the address of the CQC website and where on it your latest assessment can be found. We build that in for clinics registered with the CQC in England.

Will the AI assistant give medical advice?

No. It answers practical questions such as hours, location, the fees you publish and how to book. It never assesses symptoms or suggests treatment, and it doesn't ask for medical history. Anything clinical goes to your team.

Can you build pages for aesthetics treatments?

Yes, written within the advertising rules. The CAP Code says prescription-only medicines or treatments may not be advertised to the public, so we build those pages around consultations and what patients can expect from them.

How much does a clinic website cost?

Nothing for the first 14 days. Then the Website plan is from £149 a month for the first 100 businesses, a founding price locked for life, and from £299 a month after that. Hosting, SSL, daily backups and updates are included, and there's no contract.

Is patient information safe on the website?

We keep it to a minimum. Contact forms ask only what's needed to arrange an appointment, the assistant never asks for symptoms or medical history, and every site runs on SSL with security monitoring and daily backups.

Who writes the treatment pages?

We do, from what you tell us, and you approve every word before it goes live. You know your treatments and your regulator's rules; we make them clear and easy to read on a phone.
