AI training for the work your team already does.

AI training from Buzzozo shows your team how to use AI safely in everyday work: drafting replies, summarising notes and preparing answers to common questions, with a person checking every result. Sessions are scoped and quoted for your team. Want AI on your website too? Free 14-day trial, no card needed.

What is AI training for a small team?

Most small teams already have AI tools within reach, and most people were never shown how to use them well. One person pastes in a customer email and sends whatever comes back. Another avoids the tools altogether. Neither is a plan.

Our AI training starts from the tasks your team repeats every week: replying to common enquiries, summarising meeting notes, drafting a first version of a quote or a letter. We show how to ask clearly, how to check what comes back and what must never go into a tool. It is practical workplace training, not a certificate course, and it ends with a short written note your team can keep using.

What does a training session cover?

What AI training covers
Choosing the right taskRepeated writing and admin work with clear inputs, such as replies to common questions, notes and first drafts. We also name the tasks to leave alone.
Asking clearlyHow to give a tool the context, an example and the limits it needs, so the first draft is closer to useful.
Checking every answerAI tools can state wrong facts with confidence. A person checks names, figures, dates and promises before anything reaches a customer.
Customer and personal dataWhat stays out of prompts by default, and how to check a tool’s data terms with whoever looks after data protection in your business.
Security basicsWhy text from an email, a document or a web page can try to steer an AI tool, and why its output should never trigger an action unchecked.
Your AI chat assistantIf you use our website assistant, how its handovers reach your team and how to ask us to update the answers it gives.
Your team’s AI noteA short written note of the tools you approved, the tasks they are used for and who checks the results.

Why does a person check every answer?

Because the business stays responsible for what it sends, and the law on personal data applies whether a person or a tool drafted the words. Official UK guidance sets out what to build around. This page is not legal, data protection, HR or financial advice, and the training never gives it. In regulated work, such as law, accounting or healthcare, AI stays in admin and enquiry support, and professional judgement stays with your qualified staff.

Official UK guidance AI training is built around
Personal dataGOV.UK says anyone responsible for using personal data must make sure it is used fairly, lawfully and transparently, kept accurate and handled with appropriate security. GOV.UK: data protection
AI and data protectionThe ICO publishes guidance on AI and data protection, covering accountability, transparency and fairness when AI uses personal data. ICO: guidance on AI and data protection
Telling peopleWhere a chat or form collects someone’s details, people have the right to be told how you use their data, so your privacy notice must cover it. ICO: the right to be informed
Prompt injectionThe NCSC describes prompt injection, an input written to make an AI model behave in an unintended way, as one of the most widely reported weaknesses in these tools. NCSC: AI and cyber security
ManagersThe NCSC says managers do not need to be technical experts, but should know enough about the risks from AI to discuss them with key staff.
What our training saysAI drafts, a person decides. The training does not give legal or data protection advice, and nothing an AI tool writes is sent to a customer without review.

How does the training run?

How AI training is scoped and delivered
01 / ScopeA short call about the tasks your team repeats, the tools you use and who will attend. You get a written scope and a quote before any work starts.
02 / SessionHands-on practice with your own everyday tasks, using made-up or approved example content, never real customer records.
03 / ChecksEach person practises checking a draft against your approved facts before it is used, and knows when to pass a question to a colleague.
04 / Your noteWe leave a short written note of the approved tools, tasks and checks. The format, length and group size are agreed in your scope.

Illustrative example: a three-person office team answers the same quote questions by email every week. In the session they practise drafting replies from the approved price list and service notes, checking each draft against the price list before sending, and agree that addresses and payment details never go into a prompt. This is an illustrative example, not a client case study.

Where the figures come from: published UK web design and website maintenance price guides, and the price pages of premium hosting, certificate and chat providers, all read on 29 October 2026. We took the top of each typical range. Hosting, SSL and chat are priced in US dollars; we show them in pounds at the European Central Bank rate of 28 October 2026 and leave them out of the first-year total, which counts design plus 12 months of care. The guides do not say whether their figures include VAT, so we show them as published. Our prices exclude VAT where applicable. Market prices change, so check before you buy.

Questions about AI training

Is this an accredited AI course?

No. It is practical workplace training on safe everyday use of AI, built around the tasks your team already does. We do not issue accredited qualifications or certificates.

Do my staff need technical skills?

No. If they write emails and use a web browser, they can take part. We work through your own everyday tasks, so the examples match the work they do.

Which AI tools do you train on?

The tools your team already uses or plans to use, agreed in the scope. Before the session we check what each tool is approved for in your business, so nobody is taught a use your data rules do not allow.

Can AI give our customers legal, tax or medical advice?

No. In our training, AI handles admin and enquiry support, and a person on your team reviews every answer before it is used. Professional advice stays with your qualified people. The training is not legal or data protection advice.

Can we put customer details into an AI tool?

Only where your business has approved that tool for that use. The default we teach is to leave names, contact details, payment details and anything sensitive out of prompts, and to check the tool’s data terms with whoever looks after data protection.

How much does AI training cost?

Training is quoted to the agreed scope before any work starts, based on the tasks, the format and how many people join. It is separate from the Website plan, which is £149 a month, fixed.

Can I try anything before paying?

Yes. We build your website with the AI chat assistant switched on for a free 14-day trial, no card needed. The trial covers the website, not team training.

What is the next step?

Tell us which tasks your team repeats and how many people would join, and we will send a written scope and quote.
