AI video production, directed by people.
Short, branded videos for your social posts and ads. AI makes the footage; a person who knows your business writes the script, checks every frame and cuts it for the screen it will play on.

What is AI video production?
AI video production means making a video with generative tools for some or all of the footage, voice or edit, under a human brief and a human review. For a small business it means short product, offer and service videos without booking a crew, a studio or a location.
The tools are now good enough to make a product glide across a table, a shopfront appear at dusk or a dish steam on a plate. They are not good at knowing what your customer needs to hear, or noticing when the label on your bottle has turned into nonsense letters. That part is direction, and it is still a person's job.
We do both halves. We write the script around one offer, make the shots, and edit, caption and check the result before you see it. Then the video goes where it can earn its keep: your social feeds, your ads and your website.
Between a video app and a film crew.
Search for AI video and you get two kinds of answer: apps that promise a video in minutes if you do the work yourself, and studios that film campaigns for big brands. Most small businesses need the middle.

Anatomy of a 20-second ad.
Most short videos fail in the first two seconds or never say what to do next. This is the structure we script to, beat by beat, before a single shot is made.
- 0:00
The hook
Movement or a question on screen in the first two seconds. No logo intro.
- 0:02
The problem
What your customer is stuck with, in the words they would use.
- 0:06
The product at work
Your product or service doing its job, shown rather than described.
- 0:13
The proof
A real review, a real number or a real result. Left out if you do not have one yet.
- 0:17
One action
One thing to do next, with your name and offer on screen to the last frame.
What we make for you.
| Product showcases | Your product in motion, built from your own photos so it looks like the thing you sell. |
|---|---|
| Offers and launches | A new menu, a seasonal deal or an opening, told in one clear message. |
| Your service, explained | What happens when someone books you, shown step by step. |
| Your real work, in motion | Your own photos and clips of finished jobs, given movement, titles and an edit. |
| Ad variations | Several opening hooks for one ad, so the campaign can learn which one stops the scroll. |
| Captions, voice and music | Burned-in captions for sound-off viewing, with a voice-over and music where they help. |
| Every screen shape | Vertical 9:16 first, with square and landscape cuts when a placement needs them. |
How a video gets made.
- 1Brief. One offer, one audience, one place it will run. A short chat is enough.
- 2Script and storyboard. The beats above, written in your customers' words. You approve before anything is made.
- 3Make and edit. AI generates the shots from your photos and brand; a person edits, captions and adds sound.
- 4Check and deliver. Every frame reviewed, then exported for each platform and posted or put into your ads.
Honest by design.
AI makes it easy to show things that never happened. In an ad, that is a fast way to lose trust and break the UK advertising rules, which apply however a video was made. So we work to these lines:
- No invented customers. No AI-made reviews, testimonials or happy faces passed off as real people.
- No faked work. If the video shows a job you did, it uses your own photos or footage of that job.
- No borrowed faces or voices. A real person appears or speaks only with their written consent.
- Labels where they apply. We follow Meta, TikTok and YouTube rules on labelling realistic AI video.

AI video, answered.
How much does AI video production cost?
AI videos for your social posts are included in our Scale plan. Ad campaigns, product launches and longer pieces are quoted on what you need: how many videos, how long they run and where they will be shown. We give you the quote in plain English before any work starts.
Can AI video show my actual product?
Yes. We start from your product photos, logo and brand colours so the product on screen looks like yours. AI tools can blur small details such as the text on a label, so a person checks every frame and we fix or cut anything that is wrong.
Do I need to label AI video on social media?
Sometimes. Meta, TikTok and YouTube each ask for realistic AI-made video to be labelled in certain cases, and the UK advertising rules apply to an ad however it was made. We follow each platform's current rules and tell you when a label applies.
Will AI video look fake?
It can when nobody directs it. We keep each video short, build it around your real product and brand, and cut any shot that looks wrong. Where your real work is the point, such as a finished kitchen or a fresh haircut, we use your own photos and clips and let AI handle the motion, titles and edit.
How long are the videos and which formats do I get?
Most run between 6 and 30 seconds. We make them vertical first (9:16) for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, then cut square or landscape versions where an ad placement needs them, with captions so they work with the sound off.
Can you use my voice, my face or my staff?
Only with permission. We can add a voice-over, music and captions, but we only use a real person's face or voice with their written consent, and we never invent customers or testimonials.
