Parents choosing care in a home setting ask the same things. How do you settle a new child? What do your policies say about illness and collection? Do you do nursery or school drop-offs and pick-ups? What happens in the holidays? We organise your answers so parents can read them before they get in touch.
If you are registered, your website can show your registration details and link to your latest inspection report, exactly as you supply them. We never add a grade, rating or registration you do not hold.
We structure your pages so search engines can read them clearly. Rankings are never promised.
You approve every word, fee and qualification. Photographs of children appear only with their parents' written permission.

How much does a childminder website cost?

Can parents ask about a space through my website?
Yes. Parents fill in a short enquiry form with their child's age, the days they need and when they hope to start, and the message comes to you by email. We test it before launch. Online invoicing, payments or a parent portal are separately scoped and quoted before work starts.
Should my website show my fees?
That is your choice. Some childminders publish an hourly or daily rate and what it includes, such as meals and nappies; others prefer to talk fees through at a visit. We write and lay out what you approve, and update it when it changes.
Can my website show my Ofsted registration?
Yes, when it is real. We show the registration details you give us and link to your own published inspection report. We never write a grade, quote a report or claim a registration you do not hold.
Is it safe to show photographs of children?
Only with their parents' written permission, and only the photographs you choose to share. Many childminders show the playroom, garden, activities and artwork instead. Your full home address stays off the website unless you ask for it; you can show your area and give the address when a visit is booked.
Can you move my existing website?
We review your current pages, useful addresses and forms before agreeing the move. You approve the content. We plan redirects for changed addresses and review domain and email arrangements with you before switching.
