Where the figures come from: published UK web design and website maintenance price guides, and the price pages of premium hosting, certificate and chat providers, all read on 29 October 2026. We took the top of each typical range. Hosting, SSL and chat are priced in US dollars; we show them in pounds at the European Central Bank rate of 28 October 2026 and leave them out of the first-year total, which counts design plus 12 months of care. The guides do not say whether their figures include VAT, so we show them as published. Our prices exclude VAT where applicable. Market prices change, so check before you buy.
