Yes. We give guests a clear route to send preferred dates, group size and pitch type to your team. You check availability and confirm the booking. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a pitch or confirm a stay.
Can we keep our existing booking service?
Yes. We can link to your existing booking service so guests can follow the booking route you already use. A new booking engine, live availability calendar, deposits, payment processing or bespoke integration is separately scoped and quoted.
Can you include site rules and arrival directions?
Yes. We publish the information you approve about access, arrival times, quiet hours, dogs, facilities and seasonal opening. Your team confirms accessibility details and any vehicle restrictions. We can also organise a local guide using your recommendations.
Can you update information before the new season?
Yes. Send approved opening dates, pitch details, facilities or arrival changes through the agreed support route. We make the small changes covered by your plan. Larger additions are agreed and quoted first.
