Buzzozo

AI for education.
Your staff stay in charge.

AI for education can answer admissions enquiries, draft newsletters and take routine office questions off your team, with staff review and never advice about a child. Buzzozo builds the website for your school, nursery or tuition business and sets up an assistant around the information you approve. It gathers enquiry details while your staff handle places, pupils and every decision.

Where it helps schools, nurseries and tutors

Admissions enquiries

Answer questions about age ranges, open events and how to apply, at any hour, then pass each enquiry to your office with the details already gathered.

Newsletter drafts

Turn the dates, events and reminders your staff supply into a first draft of a newsletter or update. A member of staff edits and approves every word.

Office admin

Handle the routine questions about term dates, uniform, clubs, session times and who to contact, using information your school or setting approves.

Staff review belongs in the process

Your school, nursery or tuition business chooses the approved answers and the point where an enquiry passes to a person. Start with a narrow scope. Review representative questions before launch, including questions about a particular child and messages that sound urgent.

The assistant must pass questions about a particular child, special educational needs, admissions decisions and appeals, attendance, exclusions and complaints to your staff. It does not offer places, comment on a child’s progress or give advice about funding eligibility.

If a message raises a concern about a child’s safety, the assistant does not try to deal with it. It points the visitor to your published contact details so your own safeguarding procedures apply.

Keep pupil information out

The Department for Education’s guidance on generative AI in education recommends that personal data is not used in generative AI tools. We set the assistant up around public information your school approves, not pupil records.

Enquiry forms ask for contact details and a short message, with a reminder to leave out pupil records, reports and health information. Newsletter drafts are written from notes your staff supply, without pupil names. Make clear when families are speaking to an assistant.

A clearer handover for your office

Illustrative enquiry: a parent asks whether your nursery has a place for a two-year-old from September and how to arrange a visit. The assistant explains your approved admissions information and collects the age group, preferred start date and contact details.

If they ask whether their child would qualify for funded hours, that question goes into the handover for your office. Later in the week, your manager can turn a list of dates into a first-draft newsletter, then correct and approve it before it goes out.

Your website and its care, handled together

The Website plan is £149/month, excluding VAT where applicable. Custom design, managed hosting, changes and support come together, so your school or setting has one team looking after the website.

Your AI chat assistant includes a monthly usage allowance, with top-ups available. Newsletter drafting workflows and links to your own school systems need a separate scope. We agree those requirements before work starts.

Questions from schools, nurseries and tutors

Does the assistant give advice about a child or decide on admissions?

No. It answers routine questions using information your school or setting approves. Questions about a particular child, special educational needs, admissions decisions, appeals, attendance or complaints go to your staff.

Is AI for schools safe to use with pupil information?

We keep pupil information out of it. The assistant works from public information your school approves, and enquiry forms remind families not to include pupil records, reports or health details. Your school keeps its own data protection responsibilities.

What does staff review mean?

Your school or setting approves the information the assistant uses. A member of staff checks every enquiry handover and every draft before anything is sent, offered or agreed.

Can it write our newsletter?

It can prepare a first draft from notes your staff supply, such as dates, events and reminders, without pupil names. A member of staff edits and approves it before it goes to families.

Can it offer a place or book a visit?

No. It collects the age group a family is asking about, their preferred start date and their contact details. Your office decides on visits, places and next steps.

What is included in the Website plan?

The Website plan is £149/month, excluding VAT where applicable. It brings custom design, managed hosting, changes, support and an AI chat assistant together. The assistant has a monthly usage allowance; top-ups are available.

Can we try it before paying?

Yes. Start with a free 14-day trial, no card needed. Cancel any time. We agree your enquiry process and review points before you use it with families.
