DIY or consultancy?
Doing it yourself means you carry the setup work and the responsibility for licences, testing and support.
Ask for consultancy when a task crosses systems, several people depend on it, or an incorrect action would affect a customer. The useful difference is an agreed workflow and responsibility for the connection. A convincing demonstration on its own does not prove that a workflow is ready for daily use.

Can you work with our existing systems?
We check your website, CRM and the information you hold before recommending a connection. Tell us which systems you use so the scope can cover access, testing and handover.
Will AI make customer decisions for us?
Your team stays responsible for customer decisions. We agree what the system may answer, when it passes a request to a person and who checks the result.
What should we bring to a first conversation?
Bring one repeated task, the systems it touches, approved information and an example of an enquiry. Avoid sending sensitive customer records before the scope and access are agreed.
What is the free trial for?
The free 14-day trial is for your Buzzozo website, with no card needed. It is not a free consultancy project. AI consultancy and specialist integration are separately scoped.
