Buzzozo

AI for ecommerce that answers while you pack.

AI for ecommerce takes the questions online shoppers ask before and after they buy: sizes, delivery times, where an order is and how returns work. Buzzozo puts an AI chat assistant on your website that answers them day and night and passes refunds, returns and complaints to your team. Free 14-day trial, no card needed.

What can AI do for an online shop?

Online shoppers ask before they buy and again after. Does this run small? Is it machine washable? Will it arrive by Friday? Where is my order? Each one is quick to answer, but not while you are packing the day's parcels, and a shopper who waits too long for a reply often buys somewhere else.

An AI chat assistant on your website answers these from the product and delivery facts you approve, at any hour, in writing. Order questions reach your team with the order number and email already collected. Anything about a refund, a return, a cancellation, a faulty item or a complaint goes straight to a person, because those decisions belong to you, not to a chat window.

What does the assistant handle for an online shop?

What the AI assistant handles and what stays with your team
Website chatsAnswered day and night, in writing, from the facts you approve: what you sell, prices, sizes, delivery options, dispatch times and how to return an item.
Product questionsSizing, materials, care and what comes in the box, answered from the product facts you give us. When a shopper asks something those facts do not cover, it takes their details and your team replies.
Where is my order? It does not see your order or courier system. It shares your usual dispatch and delivery times, takes the order number and email address, and passes the question to your team.
Product descriptionsAI can draft them; a person checks every size, material and claim before they go live. The assistant answers from the product facts you approve, so what it says matches your product pages.
Phone callsOur assistant does not answer the phone or speak to callers. On Website + CRM, from £599 a month, a caller you miss can get a text back, where it fits.
Returns, refunds and cancellationsAlways go to your team. The assistant shares your returns policy in your words, takes the details and passes the request on. It never decides what a shopper is owed.
ComplaintsAlways go to a person on your team, with the conversation attached so nobody has to ask twice.

Why do refunds and returns always go to your team?

Because what a shopper is owed depends on how they bought, what is wrong with the item and when they tell you, and the law sets the minimum. GOV.UK publishes the rules UK sellers follow, and the ICO sets the rules for marketing emails. These are the points we build around; read the guidance for your own shop, because this page is not legal advice and the assistant never gives it.

UK rules for an online shop website and assistant
Faulty or not as describedGOV.UK says you must offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is supposed to. GOV.UK: accepting returns and giving refunds
Cancelling an online orderCustomers who buy online, by mail or by phone can cancel within 14 days of receiving the item, then have another 14 days to send it back. You must refund within 14 days of getting the item back.
Information before an orderIf you sell online, you must give customers a description of the goods and tell them how they can cancel before they order. GOV.UK: online and distance selling for businesses
Repairs and replacementsGOV.UK says you must repair or replace an item returned within 6 months unless you can prove it was not faulty when it was bought. Each case needs a person to look at the item.
Marketing emailsThe ICO says you must not send marketing emails or texts to individuals without specific consent, with a limited exception for your existing customers, who must be able to opt out each time. The assistant collects an email address to reply, not to market. ICO: electronic mail marketing
What our assistant saysIt does not decide whether a refund, repair or replacement is owed, and it does not give legal advice. It shares your returns policy, takes the details and sends the request to your team, who review it and reply.

Can AI write your product descriptions?

It can draft them quickly from a spec sheet, but the checking still belongs to a person. Someone should read every description before it goes live, because sizes, materials and claims are what a shopper relies on. GOV.UK says a customer is owed a full refund for an item that is not as described, so a wrong fabric or a wrong measurement costs you a return.

Our AI chat assistant answers from the product facts you approve, so it never invents a size or a feature. If you want the words written for you, copywriting is one of the services we quote for when you are ready to grow; see plans and prices.

How does a shopper question work?

Illustrative chat: late on a Sunday, a shopper on your website asks whether a linen shirt runs small and whether it will arrive by Friday. The assistant gives the size guide you approved and your usual dispatch and delivery times, and the shopper orders.

On Wednesday the same shopper asks where the parcel is and says a second shirt arrived with a torn seam. The assistant takes the order number and email address, shares your returns policy and passes both to your team. On Thursday morning your team checks the courier, replies with the tracking update and decides how to put the shirt right.

Where the figures come from: published UK web design and website maintenance price guides, and the price pages of premium hosting, certificate and chat providers, all read on 29 October 2026. We took the top of each typical range. Hosting, SSL and chat are priced in US dollars; we show them in pounds at the European Central Bank rate of 28 October 2026 and leave them out of the first-year total, which counts design plus 12 months of care. The guides do not say whether their figures include VAT, so we show them as published. Our prices exclude VAT where applicable. Market prices change, so check before you buy.

Questions from online shop owners

Can the AI tell a shopper where their order is?

It does not see your order or courier system. It shares your usual dispatch and delivery times, takes the order number and email address, and your team replies with the latest update.

Can it handle returns and refunds?

It shares your returns policy in your own words and passes every return, refund, cancellation or faulty-item request to your team. It never decides whether a refund is owed and never gives legal advice. A person on your team reviews each one.

Can AI write my product descriptions?

AI can draft them, but a person should check every size, material and claim before a description goes live, because a shopper can get a full refund for an item that is not as described. Our assistant answers from the product facts you approve.

Does it answer the phone?

No. It answers shoppers on your website, in writing, at any hour. On the Website + CRM plan, from £599 a month, a caller you miss can get a text back, where it fits your business.

Is the AI assistant included in the £149 a month plan?

Yes. The Website plan, £149 a month fixed, includes the AI chat assistant with a monthly usage allowance; top-ups are available. An online store is quoted after a quick chat, and CRM and missed-call text-back sit in Website + CRM.

Who decides what the assistant says?

You do. We set it up from the facts you approve, such as your products, sizes, prices, delivery options and returns policy. When your range or delivery times change, we update what it knows.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. We build your website with the AI assistant switched on for a free 14-day trial, no card needed. The trial covers a business website; an online store is priced separately.
